1. Navigation of any vessels is carried out 24 hours, in dark hours - through established tracks. Anchoring beyond announced anchorages is not recommended. By bottom gear fisheries, works connected with grounding one should bear in mind possible existence of mines and other explosives on the ground
2. Area of military exercises and combat training of RF Navy, situated within the limits of territorial sea and internal waters of Russia, is prohibited to navigation at the time when dangerous operations conduct. The time of dangerous operations conduct, when the area is prohibited to navigation, is announced within the framework of the World-Wide Navigational Warning Service (PRIP) 3 days in advance before the commencement of these operations
3. Direction of leading line Sevastopol'skiy (54 deg 38.3 min N 20 deg 00.6 min E) axis is assigned by synchronized scanning of laser beams of N and S light beacons. When vessel is moving along leading line axis the laser beams are seen as two simultaneous flashes. When vessel shifts from leading line axis the laser beams are seen at different times as two sequential flashes.
