Marine mammals habitat:
1.Sport and hobby hunting of any marine mammal species throughout the area all year round.
2.Visiting of marine mammals rookeries and conduct of any works? Including installation of navigational devices (bull horns, flashing devices, etc.) in their territory and within 12 miles inshore zone, aircraft flying under 4 000 m without permission of fish guard.
3.Pollution of marine mammals rookeries and commercial sites with minor products, oil products, garbage or other dangerous to animals substances, making of camp-fires in or near the rookeries, as well as economic activity not connected with rookeries development.
4.Dog keeping or staying with them within less than 2 km from marine mammals rookeries and sea beaver habitats.
5.Storage of oils and fuels within less than 1 km from the sea coast in the vicinity of sea beaver habitats and coastal marine mammals rookeries.
6.Presence of vessels (except special purpose ships and vessels), blasting and signaling, aircraft flying under 4 000 m, shooting, fish and other marine mammals catching and herb collecting, visiting of rookeries by persons bearing no relation to protection of marine mammals without permission of fish guard
7.Sanctuary water area is prohibited to presence of craft, except anchoring of vessels during storm; fishing in rivers, lakes and commercial fishing within 3 mile water area; tourism and other types of organized public recreation; hunting, laying-in and harvesting of wild plants fruits; wood cutting, ploughing up of land, reclamation works and other economic activity affecting normal development of natural processes.
