1. Vessels proceeding through the fairway are not recommended to run beyond the limit of it's announced width and have the draught more than allowable which is established for this fairway. Mariners are advised to exercise extreme caution where the fairways are close together, as not to take the floating warning beacons of the adjacent fairway for the beacons marking the fairway through which the vessel proceed.

2. All tugs and cargo vessels with a draught of 2.5 - 4.5 m proceeding from Port Kerch' to the Sea of Azov and back should navigate through the fairway No50 as not to impede the traffic of large vessels proceeding through Kerchenskiy Approach Channel and Kerch'-Yenikalskiy Channel.

3. Maximum authorized draught within the lane 120 m wide (60 m on either side of the midchannel) is 3.4 m. The dredged traffic lane is marked by light-buoys of port and starboard hands.

4. All tugs and cargo vessels, draughting up to 4.5 m, proceeding to Port Arshintsevo and Port Kerch', as well as proceeding from the Black Sea to the Sea of Azov and back, should navigate through the Fairway No52 as not to impede the traffic of large vessels proceeding along of Pavlovskoye and Burunskoye Elbows of Kerch'-Yenikal'skiy Channel.


5. Vessels with draught up to 3.5 m are recommended to navigate beyond the left edge of the channel within the lane 1 cbl between points 1) 4518'07.8"N 3629'09.0"E  2) 4519'02.8"N 3632'09.8"E.

6.  1.Navigation of vessels beyond the channel edges within the stretches 1cbl wide is permitted in one direction only: to starboard of channels. Navigation of vessels within the stretches more than 1cbl wide must be carried out in compliance with par.4 of the Rules of Navigation through Bugsko-Dneprovsko-Limanskiy and Khersonskiy Maritime Channels into Ports of Nikolayev and Kherson, 1998.
   2.Passage of vessels proceeding beyond the channel edges is carried out in compliance with 72 COLREGS.
   3.Speed of vessels proceeding beyond the channel edges shall not exceed 10km.
   4.The areas permitted to navigation beyond the channel edges are prohibited to nets mooring and fishing.    

7. I.Vessels of local fishing organizations may be engaged in fishing in the stated area only when authorized by the commander of the unit A-4364 and only in the zone bounded the coastline and lines joining the following positions: 1) 45 deg 03,53 min N, 36 deg 22,50 min E 2) 44 deg 52,10 min N, 36 deg 22,50 min E 3) 44 deg 49,60 min N, 36 deg 50,50 min E 4) 44 deg 55,00 min N, 35 deg 50,50 min E 5) 44 deg 56,70 min N, 36 deg 13,55 min E 6) 45 deg 01,68 min N, 36 deg 13,55 min E. 
  II. Vessels of local fishing organizations within the above stated zone are obliged to: 1) maintain continuous communication with the dispatcher of the fishing season operations service; 2) immediately leave the fishing zone when the area is announced dangerous to navigation. 
 III. The commander of the unit A-4364 via his operations duty officer 2 days in advance informs the dispatcher of the fishing season operations service on the time when the zone is dangerous to navigation. 
 IV. The dispatcher of the fishing season operations service is obliged to: 1) daily at 16:00 specify the situation in the fishing zone for the next day via the operations duty officer of the unit A-4364 and inform the operations duty officer on the planned work of the fishing vessels in the area No 115; 2) on the request of the commander of the unit A-4364 take all measures to make fishing vessels leave the fishing zone announced dangerous to navigation using all available means of communication.

8. In reas No 153-A and 153-B navigation of vessels and other floating vehicles, exept for the vessels, ships and speed boats of  the Russian Federation National Guard, Naval Forces and the FSB Border Guard Service, as well as underwater, dredging operations, explosive and hydrotechnical works, scientific investigations, extraction of marine mammals and aquaculture and other activities without approval of the joint coordination center to protect the transport crossing (call sign "Karfagen" or "Control-20" on VHF channel 16) are prohibited, exept for the navigation of ships and vessels following with VTS permission along the Enikal'skiy elbow of  the Kerch-Enikal'skiy channel.

9. In reas No 1 and 2 navigation of vessels and other floating vehicles, exept for the vessels, ships and speed boats of  the Russian Federation National Guard, Naval Forces and the FSB Border Guard Service, as well as underwater, dredging operations, explosive and hydrotechnical works, scientific investigations, extraction of marine mammals and aquaculture and other activities without approval of the joint coordination center to protect the transport crossing (call sign "Karfagen" or "Control-20" on VHF channel 16) are prohibited, exept for the navigation of ships and vessels following with VTS permission along the Enikal'skiy elbow of  the Kerch-Enikal'skiy channel.
