1.Hydrofoil routes pass through the recommended track. When navigating all vessels should exercise extreme caution. Hydrofoil vessels and local boats when proceeding into Port Novorossiysk from 44 deg. 34.45 min.N, 37 deg. 52.95 min. E and back, conforming to circumstances and navigational conditions may pass between the TSS (part I) and the anchorage area No416. In this case vessels less than 20m in lenght should not hamper the traffic of transport ships. Transport ships proceed into the TSS from the given position with extreme caution.

2.  Hydrofoil traffic routes pass through the recommended track within this stretch. When navigating within the stated stretch of the given recommended track all vessels should exercise extreme caution.

3. Vessels proceeding into Novorossiyskaya Bukhta from RT No11 enter the traffic separation scheme as follows:
- when proceeding from NW - in position 44 deg 32,73 min N; 37 deg 47,70 min E; bearing 38 deg
- when proceeding from SE - in position 44 deg 31,18 min N; 37 deg 51,70 min E; bearing 0 deg
   Vessels leaving Novorossiyskaya Bukhta and entering RT No11 proceed from the traffic separation scheme through RT No84 to position 44 deg 33,93 min N; 37 deg 44,63 min E
 
4. Area temporarily dangerous to navigation. It is dangerous to navigation for the period of dangerous operations conduct. Navigational warnings on dangerous operations are broadcast 3-5 days in advance before the commencement of dangerous operations and repeated each next scheduled time until these operations are over.

5. The Area is a Safety Zone of the oil terminal mooring berths, navigation is permitted when authorized by VTS only to vessels proceeding to and from the oil terminal mooring berths and to auxiliary fleet vessels.

6. Leads around the prohibited area No115 and temporarily dangerous to navigation area No731. If required to proceed to Port Novorossiysk through the prohibited area No115 and temporarily dangerous to navigation area No731 one shoul obtain permission to proceed the recommended track No74 from the commander of the unit 09882 via the harbour master of the port of departure 12 hours in advance before leaving the port.

7. The recommended track leads through temporarily dangerous to navigation area No731 and prohibited area No115. Permission to use this track should be obtained from the commander of the unit 09882 via the harbour master of the port of departure 12 hours in advance before leaving the port. When the permission is obtained one should request the permission to leave the port 4 hours in advance before the departure and then follow the recommended track No74 strictly observing the vessel's speed, the time of entering and leaving the areas Nos731 and 115. In case the passage through the stated areas is prohibited one should proceed through the recommended track No75.

8. I. Vessels of local fishing organizations may be engaged in fishing in the stated area only when authorized by the commander of the unit A-4364 and only in the zone bounded the coastline and lines joining the following positions:
1) 45 deg 03,53 min N, 36 deg 22,50 min E
2) 44 deg 52,10 min N, 36 deg 22,50 min E
3) 44 deg 49,60 min N, 35 deg 50,50 min E
4) 44 deg 55,00 min N, 35 deg 50,50 min E
5) 44 deg 56,70 min N, 36 deg 13,55 min E
6) 45 deg 01,68 min N, 36 deg 13,55 min E
Anchoring and bottom gear fisheries are prohibited in the stated zone N of the line joining the following positions:
a) 45 deg 02,2 min N, 36 deg 25,7 min E
b) 45 deg 01,5 min N, 36 deg 24,6 min E
v) 45 deg 00,3 min N, 36 deg 13,6 min E
II. Vessels of local fishing organizations within the above stated zone are obliged to:
a) maintain continuous communication with the dispatcher of the fishing season operations service;
b) immediately leave the fishing zone when the area is announced dangerous to navigation. 
III. The commander of the unit A-4364 via his operations duty officer 2 days in advance informs the dispatcher of the fishing season operations service on the time when the zone is dangerous to navigation.
IV. The dispatcher of the fishing season operations service is obliged to:
a) daily at 16:00 specify the situation in the fishing zone for the next day via the operations duty officer of the unit A-4364 and inform the operations duty officer on the planned work of the fishing vessels in the area No115;
b) on the request of the commander of the unit A-4364 take all measures to make fishing vessels leave the fishing zone announced dangerous to navigation using all available means of communication.

9. Transport vessels proceeding into and out of Port Novorossiysk from the area of anchorages No408 and No410, conforming to sailing circumstances and conditions, may pass 6-10 cbl. off the coast by the shortest distances. Therewith vessels of less than 20m long shall not impede transport vessels traffic.

10. When anchoring or trawling in the vicinity of a pipeline mariners should bear in mind the danger of pipeline damage which may cause fire or loss of a vessel's buoyancy. In any case of pipeline damage mariners risk prosecution.

11. The area is the place of burial ground of the victims of the steamer "Admiral Nakhimov" loss (1986). The area is prohibited to stopping, to bottom gear fisheries, undersea activities, blasting operations, navigatiny with cab'le vecred ont, opeations with submersibles as well as any activities disturbing the peace of burial ground.
