2.- Navigation around the "Monobuoy OXXO" is restricted in a radius of 1000 yards centered on its position.
3.- The anchoring in the anchoring areas 1 and 2 will be carried out only on the day.
4.- In the "Monobuoy OXXO", the International Buoys and Captive Buoys, the maneuvers are carried out only during the day.

GRADES
1.- Anchorage for ships that are going to carry out hot work.
2.- The sector light located in the SUINLI dock, is only represented with a range of 1NM, since this distance is used as a reference for ships to moor to the dock.
3.- Navigators must observe current regulations, issued by the competent authority, for navigation in the aquatic spaces covered by this letter.
4.- Rocky area, you can find a dangerous bottom for navigation.
5.- The "Submarine 1" and "Submarine 2" buoys are for the exclusive use of Ecuadorian Navy submarines.
6.- The buoy field is for the exclusive use of Ecuadorian Navy ships.
7.- The Limits of the cards to the following scale appear in magenta. Users should consult the Catalog of Nautical Charts on the INOCAR website, which may contain recent information.

CAVEAT
The prudent navigator should not fully rely on floating aids to navigation, as they could be out of position due to various external factors.
