DYNAMIC DRAUGHT - SAFETY MARGIN
In the Rio Paran de las Palmas, vessels with up to 10.36 m draught will leave a minimum 0.6 m safety margin under the keel.
1) from km 48 to 57
For draughts equal or superior to 10.37 m and up to 10.37 m, it will increase 1.5 cm for every additional centimetre. 
For draughts equal or superior to 10.68 m, it will be applied a 10% increase of the static draught.
2) From km 57 to 180
For draughts equal or superior to 10.37 m and up to 10.49 m, it will increase 3 cm for every additional centimetre.
For draughts equal or superior to 10.50 m, it will be applied a 10% increase of the static draught.
In the Paran Bravo, Guaz, Pasaje Talavera and Panama rivers a minimum 0.6 m safety margin must be left under the keel.
The 0.60 m increases to the security margin between km 465 and 233 will be the following:
For draughts equal or superior to 10.37 m and up to 10.49 m, it will increase 3cm for every additional centimetre.
For draughts equal or superior to 10.50 m, it will be applied a 10% increase of the static draught.
