WINTER-BUOYAGE
From  October-April buoyage may be replaced
by winter-buoyage. In severe winters buoyage
is withdrawn. Buoyage will be replaced in order
of importance. In spring it is possible that not
all channels are already buoyed as charted.

CABLES AND PIPELINES
It is prohibited to anchor and trawl in the vicinity
of submarine cables and pipelines.

FISHING STAKES
Besides in the charted fishing-areas fishing stakes
and traps can be met everywhere else along the
dykes and on the shoals.

WIND-EFFECT
Due to wind-effect actual depth may differ from
charted soundings locally. A regular check of the
water level from water level gauges is recommended.

RESTRICTIONS FAST MOTORBOATS AND WATERSKIING
In these waters restrictions for sailing with fast
motorboats and waterskiing are in force.

SUPPLEMENTARY MARKS
In these waters supplementary marks on behalf of
pleasure craft and special marks are in station
from  15/4 - 1/11.

BREEZANDDIJK FIRING PRACTICES
Firing practices take place regulary at Breezanddijk. 
They are announced by BaZ. On the day of practices, 
the battery can be contacted on VHF channel 71, 
callsign 'Schietterrein Breezanddijk'. Central Reporting
Point IJsselmeer Area: VHF 1. The Dutch flag displayed 
at a mast nearthe battery denotes a firing practice 
is being carried out. Shipping is urgently requested to 
avoid the danger area as long as firing practices are 
being carried out.
