E-Data LLC is a supplier of official electronic navigational charts for the inland waterways of Russia. The state electronic navigational charts of Inland Waterways (IWW ENCs) are the official charts of the departmental spatial data collection of Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation (Rosmorrechflot).
Important notice: The ENCs of the inland waterways of the Russian Federation cannot replace the paper charts. The ENCs are complementary tool add-in for navigation in riverine area and marine areas until a special announcement by Rosmorrechflot.
